Blair Kramer
Blair Kramer joined the 1st Choice Seeds’ team as Production Lead in the Fall of 2019. Blair oversees the production operations of our facility. He coordinates inbound seed treating, packaging, and warehousing of all 1st Choice Seeds’ products.
As a graduate of Ball State University, Blair majored in Sports Administration with a minor in Business. He grew up on his family’s grain and cattle farm. Blair and his father run a 50 cow/calf herd, with emphasis in selling show cattle. He has over 25 years of agriculture experience, including over a decade of seed processing experience, prior to joining our team.
