Andrew Feller started with the 1st Choice team from 2010-2016 as Operations Lead. He decided to step back, taking time away to focus on show lambs and be at the farm with his family. Andrew is the fourth generation on the family farm with 30+ years of farming and livestock experience. He is a graduate of Ball State University, with a degree in Business Finance.

In 2025, Andrew rejoined the team as our Financial Manager. His day-to-day tasks continue to develop as he takes more on for the team. His focus is on customer accounts and overall financial management… but he’s not a stranger on the bagging line when necessary. It’s a team dynamic here!
